Service process:
1. The client may ask Top Technology to make relevant survey on issues related to his LED display project, to obtain information such as the installation, location, wall structure, gravity bearing, environment brightness, visual range, power supply, and wiring conditions.
2. Top technology, according to the information obtained through the survey as well as the requirements and conditions brought forward by the client, makes feasibility argumentation, and brings forward a complete technical project scheme on capital, production term, predictable display functions and effect. The scheme must be confirmed by the client, as the reference for project acceptance. After friendly negotiation between the client and Top technology, the two parties shall sign an engineering contract with legal effect in accordance with the Company law of the Peoples Republic of China.
3. Top technology will arrange the production, installation instruction, installation and technical training of the project based on each contract. in particular construction, the client is responsible for providing corresponding cooperation. After the installation of the LED Display system, top technology will prepare the acceptance report. The client shall finish the acceptance report according to the time stipulated by the contract in accordance with the technical scheme, and confirm whether its qualified on the acceptance report.
4. Top technology possesses a perfect after-sale service system. All its products have the warranty cards, and have relevant records. The products are maintained and supported by professional technicians of our after-sale service department.
 
AFTER-SALE SERVICE MEASURES:

TOP Technology co., ltd deems good quality service as the life of the enterprise. The after-sale service department, a key department of the company, is specially responsible for providing training, product maintenance and all-directional services. After its establishment, the company has set up a mutually trusting relationship with its clients through good standing.
Detailed measures of after-sale service are as follows:
(1) To provide free software, hardware maintenance training and relevant materials; To provide irregular user training sessions;
(2) To offer sufficient fragile components; to provide maintenance handbooks to users
(3) To provide lifespan warranty of products, including two-year of free maintenance, and cost maintenance after that;
(4) Call visit system(usually 1 time/2months);
(5) Regular patrolling maintenance by maintenance personnel of the company(1 time/12months for users outside Shenzhen; 1time/6months for users inside Shenzhen);
(6) If the displays encounter any fault, after receiving the maintenance call, we will respond within 2 hours, and send field personnel within 48 hours.
